Not medical advice
Dose is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosage recommendations, or verification. It does not determine whether a medicine, amount, or schedule is safe or appropriate for you.
Always follow the medicine label and the instructions of a qualified doctor or pharmacist. Ask a healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing a medicine. Contact local emergency services for urgent or emergency care.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing your reminder schedule, and deciding whether a check-in is correct. If another person enters or manages information for you, both of you remain responsible for confirming it with the relevant medicine label or healthcare professional.
Notification limitations
Notifications can be delayed, silenced, grouped, or missed because of device settings, Focus modes, battery conditions, operating-system behavior, or other circumstances. Do not rely on Dose as your only reminder or for emergencies, life-sustaining treatment, or other time-critical care.
Acceptable use
You may use Dose for lawful personal purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the app, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Availability and liability
Dose is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Dose changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
