Find quick answers below or email us directly. Dose has no account system, so never send medicine names, dosages, or other sensitive health information in a support message.
A reminder did not appear
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Dose and confirm notifications are allowed. Focus modes and Scheduled Summary can delay alerts. Never rely on Dose for emergency or time-critical care.
The widget is missing
Install the full iPhone app rather than Expo Go. Then touch and hold the Home Screen, choose Edit → Add Widget, search for Dose, and select the small or medium widget.
Edit or remove a medicine
Tap its card on the Today screen. Update the reminder information and save, or choose Remove medicine at the bottom to cancel its reminders.
Delete all app data
Open Dose → Settings → Safety & privacy → Delete health data. This permanently clears medicines, check-ins, scheduled notifications, and widget data from the device.
Where is my information?
It stays on your device. Dose has no login, cloud backend, ads, analytics, tracking, or access to Apple Health. Read the privacy policy for full details.
Medical questions
Dose cannot answer medical or dosage questions. Follow the medicine label and speak with a qualified doctor or pharmacist before changing a medicine, amount, or schedule. Contact local emergency services for urgent care.
